At Sunlit Moon, we offer several shipping options, dependent on where your product is located. Please look for vendor information under each product.
- Printed Books from Amazon will be shipped from their warehouse. You can see their shipping options at checkout. Prime members receive Free Shipping through Amazon Prime.
- Digital eBooks and Digital courses offer instant download capabilities.
- Hoodies, Sweaters, Hats & some T-Shirts will ship from our printing partners at the location closet to you. Shipping options are available at checkout.
- In-House product will be shipped from our main location in Guelph, Ontario, Canada. We aim to ship all of our orders within 1-5 business days.
As you read on about MAIN LOCATION shipping options, please understand this -
Standard Shipping is Oversized Letter Mail and is sent using Canada Post. This form of delivery is the most economic, but it does take the longest and has NO TRACKING. Choosing this shipping method is at the sole discretion of the customer. Don't worry - things usually work out well but this needs to be said as we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
We take photographs of all our Standard Shipping packages entering the mailbox as proof of shipment so you will have every reassurance that your item has been shipped. Canada Post is a reputable delivery service and there are very rarely any issues with lost packages, but there can be delays at high peak times. As such, please select Standard Shipping at your own risk.

- Regular Tracked Shipping (3-7 business Days with Tracking)
- Xpresspost (1-4 business Days with Tracking)
- Free Local Pick Up is also available for those in or nearby Guelph.
TO THE USA
- Standard International Tracked (4-8 business days, with Tracking)
- USPS First Class (3-5 business days with Tracking).
"Huh?! How do you ship USPS from Canada?"
Great question!
We have partnered with an incredible delivery company who makes this possible! We drop off our American packages to them & they drive them across the border to deliver them directly from USPS.
Easy Peasy!
This skips customs, is super fast compared to the International Canada Post Option, and is far more economical so it helps us to keep our shipping costs to the USA as low as possible!
* Full disclosure - This company is out of town from our shop location so we are currently making our American drop offs to them every 5-7 days. As we get closer to commonly celebrated holidays (ie. Mother's Day, Christmas etc), we increase drop offs to every 3-4 days to give them the best opportunity of arriving on time! Packages load the truck the day we drop them off and start their journey across the border!
"I need my item by (insert date here). Will it arrive on time?"
Another good question!
It depends on where you're located, how close to the desired timeline it is, AND what shipping method you choose. We get urgent shipping questions all the time and we do our best to accommodate them all. We have managed to get a Bride her Flower Kid Fanny Packs from Guelph to her wedding in Illinois in 6 days from the date order to the date delivered, and Easter Bags to Hawaii in 4 shipping days using USPS.
Here's the key, I'm going to say it loud for the people in the back -
IF YOU HAVE AN URGENT REQUEST OR YOU ARE GETTING CLOSE TO THE DESIRED DATE IN MIND (ie. Grandma's Birthday in two weeks), DO NOT SELECT STANDARD SHIPPING!
I cannot emphasize this enough! Standard Shipping can be unpredictable, has no tracking and carries no delivery guarantees. Further to that, Standard Shipping can take longer during peak postal seasons (i.e. Christmas, Covid 19 outbreaks & postal staffing shortages). This is beyond our control. If you are in a rush for your order, please plan accordingly when selecting shipping at checkout. Once we ship, orders are out of our hands and in the care and control of Canada Post & USPS.
"What is the cost of shipping?"
The best way to estimate shipping cost, is to refer to the shipping options at checkout. If you require tracking, please be sure to select this option at checkout. Again, our Standard Shipping option does not include tracking.
Don't forget - orders of $100CDN or more qualify for FREE, TRACKED shipping!

Please note, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure accurate shipping information. Since our shipping turnaround time is intended to be quite quick, it is important that any necessary changes be made immediately. Please contact us at sunlitmoongrowth@gmail.com with any changes or concerns and we will do our best to apply those corrections. Once a shipping label has been purchased, shipping changes cannot be made without additional fees.
"Wait! Do you ship internationally?"
Unfortunately, no. Sunlit Moon does not currently offer shipping outside of Canada or the United States of America.
