Can I personalize my bag/shirt/fanny?
You sure can! Message us with details of your request and if we can do it - we will! We charge a small fee of $5 CAD for all custom orders. We put a great deal of time & effort into our design work, and this fee covers the cost of that.
I see a design I like on a tote bag, but I'd like it on a T-Shirt (or vise-versa). Is that possible?
Absolutely! Too easy! Send us a message and we'll get you all set up!
Do you press and ship the products yourself?
Some of them!
Books are printed & shipped by Amazon KDP, while our production partners print & ship all hats, sweaters, hoodies, and some of the unisex shirts!
All fitted women's shirts, kids, toddler, infants and some men shirts are printed and shipped at our main location in Guelph. We also take care of tote bags, fanny packs, pet bandanas & Christmas ornaments. It's not as confusing as it sounds - check each product for the distributing vendor.
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship throughout Canada & the USA. Unfortunately, international shipping is not available at this time. Please subscribe to our mailing list and/or follow us on Instagram for updates!

What is your return policy?
Sometimes things don’t work out, we get it! We are happy to offer a refund on unused, physical products for up to 30 days from date of purchase. If it is within this time frame, please contact us for a shipping label. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds on digital products due to the permanency of downloads. Please see our Return Policy for more info.
