HERE'S WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
- Exchanges are not accepted, but we are happy to offer a refund on unused, physical products for 30 days from date of purchase. If it is within this time frame, please contact us for a shipping label.
- Before sending your item back, please ensure that it is unused, in new condition, with it's original packaging, and with proof of purchase (your packing slip receipt).
- We are unable to proceed with our return procedure if there are signs of wear, evidence of pet hair, or lingering scents (i.e. smoke, perfume, etc.). The item being returned, must be in brand new condition so that it can be resold. Makes sense, right?
- If the item returned has evidence of wear, the refund will not be granted and the item will be returned to the customer at their expense.
- Our return policy of physical products extends for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot proceed with the return process.
- Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds on digital products due to the permanency of downloads.
Please Note: Customers are responsible for covering shipping costs of any items being returned & redelivered. Shipping costs for delivery of items are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
